Italian Beef
Lomo vetado sliced paper thin warmed slightly in gravy, served on a rustic Italian roll.
How to order: First you indicate your level of juice, then your topping. Example, beef dry with hot.

Level of juice:
Dry: very little gravy, the beef is let to drain once pulled from the gravy
Wet: slightly wet, beef is pulled directly from the gravy and put in the roll
Dipped: the entire roll with the beef is dipped into the gravy.

Toppings:
Hot: topped with hot giardiniera
Sweet: topped with grilled sweet peppers

Cheezy Beef
Same as the Italian beef but with cheese

Italian Sausage
Italian sausage served on a rustic Italian loaf

Toppings:
Hot: topped with hot giardiniera
